You may call me Zwarra.  When I speak of man or mankind, I include man, woman and child; no one is excluded. I am not here to teach, but to help you remember those things that you already know.  To remember who and what you are: to remember the many skills and abilities you have mastered in the past.  They lie dormant just beyond the veil of memory, waiting patiently to once again rise into your conscious control and use.

 The Eagle builds its nest high upon a mountain cliff face.  When baby Eaglets are ready to fly, mamma pushes them out of the nest, but it's a long way to the ground.   But mamma doesn't leave things to chance.  

 As baby hurtles toward the ground hundreds of feet below, mamma flies underneath it all the way.  If baby gets the idea: spreads its wings and flies, every thing is fine.  Ahhhh, but If baby freezes and doesnt take to the air, mamma is there, she picks up the fledgling on her back and carries it safely back to the nest for another try.

 Actions of the Ascended Masters and Angelic Host operate in much the same manner, except, they will never interfere in our lives in any way until they are invited to do so.   They operate "out of sight",  much like mamma Eagle.  But they are ready to lend immediate assistance when invited into our lives.  Their intent is to assist us to attain the ascension by learning to do things on our own, not in creating puppets that lean upon them forever.

  Meditation is a time of quiet and letting go of tensions that hold us to this third dimesnional plane.  It is during sleep-time and meditation that the Ascended Masters and Angelic Host work with us to teach and relieve the debris collected within our subtle bodies.   So, relax, simply watch your breath and let the days cares fade away as you read.

  No one has ever obtained a single thing simply by desire or wanting; except more intense desires and wants.  Nothing is ever gained by tossing away  your responsibility to a higher authority.  Belief is a verb.  It has nothing to do with religion.  It is an action word.  It is the act of 'believing'.  To 'be live' is to 'believe' : the force of Will, triggered by thought, is the power of action.

  While countless souls waited for thousands of years for permission to experience planet Earth, the place of free will, you were chosen.   You are among the few who possessed the dedication and promise necessary for your continued growth. 

  Life here was intended to be a journey of mastery.  It was never intended to be an experience of tragic drama.  Instead, it was  to be an opportunity to perfect skills of creation and manifestation: an experience filled with joy and adventure, and it can be so once more.  

  We each walk a different spiritual path: raising our vibration as we progress, but each path leads to one common goal, The Ascension and reunion with with the Prime Creator, the source of all things.

  As we consciously apply the laws of life, our environment begins to come under our control.  Instead of restrictive control, we find new freedom that allows us to act spontaneously and in joy.

  Memory of our sleeping abilities returns quietly by bits and pieces and without fanfare.   Suddenly, we understand how something works and then we find, to our great surprise, that we can do it.  It is only by looking back that we begin to see the many new understandings and abilities that have surfaced over time. 

 This involves a change in consciousness, called awakening that greatly expands the "in use" portion of our brain.  Along with that comes a newly found sense of peace and confidence allowing you to step boldly into the unknown, knowing that you are safe, protected and in control.

  Many of us have been asked to write of our experiences as we traveled the path of awakening.  Each account is somewhat different, for we each follow parallel but different paths.  It is our intent to cut through the aged cloak of mysticism, cryptic sayings, rituals, and smoky exercises that promise miracles but lead instead into a labyrinth of conflicting, endless circles.

  The Great Law of Life is purely mechanical in its operation.  It is a law of Cause and Effect.  For every single thing, there is a cause.  The law favors no one person over another.  It, like gravity which holds us to the Earth’s surface, doesn’t care whether anyone believes in it or not.  It operates just the same.  Is it not better to understand and apply those laws in order to take control of circumstances in our lives than to invoke them in ignorance, bringing about chaos and havoc?

  In these few pages, I touch upon a rather wide range of topics, but each one, in some way, is important to understanding the mechanics of life on this plane of existence.   Anyone can be a master while sitting on top of a deserted mountain without the responsibility of making a living, feeding a family, or countless other demands upon our time and resources.   Lighten up and take things a little easier, for mastery is first of all a mastery of self.
